Delivery may take 3-4 days for metros & 5-6 days for non metros.
1. Packet that has live or dead insect or if the product has gone bad at the time of delivery.
2. Packets are torn or not sealed at the time of delivery.
3. Products have expired by the time of delivery.
4. Proof of bill & original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. If the
products once used, It will be ineligible for exchange or return.
5. We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to
request a return.

7. Plz inspect your order immediately upon receipt, If you find any aberration, Let us know
so that we can evaluate & rectify the errors.
8. We will notify once we have received & inspected your return & let you know if the
refund has been approved or not.
1. A cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not been shipped.
2. Once a cancellation request is accepted, The entire amount will be refunded.

reasons including but not limited to, non availability of stock, pricing errors,
informational errors or other problems identified with the personal/financial details
